J.B. The Resource Agency (TRA) was created from a simple but powerful realization:
too many communities are rich in passion, but lack access to the resources, structure, and support needed to thrive.

Founded in April 2022, TRA began not as a traditional consulting firm, but as a response. This is a response to gaps, to barriers, and to the question:

“What would it look like if we became the resource we were searching for?”

As the need grew, so did the vision.

What started as informal support evolved into a structured agency designed to do more than help. It was built to equip, strengthen, and sustain.
