We are a capacity-building firm dedicated to helping nonprofits, community leaders, and purpose-driven businesses build strong, sustainable foundations. Grounded in the belief that impactful work requires both vision and structure, the agency specializes in studying, designing, and strengthening organizational frameworks and infrastructure.

Jazmyn “The Resource” Bradford, LLMSW created this agency as a social entrepreneur passionate about advocating for the space and opportunity leaders need to find their way back to the foundational “why” of becoming a community leader, creative, entrepreneur, etc. She has been involved in the nonprofit and small business ecosystem for over 10+ years and you want to know the most common issue? Equitable resources and time to find solutions for burnout, automated systems and program sustainability.
