How often will you communicate updates with our organization?

Weekly consultations (via video call) will be at the beginning of the week. Then, weekly updates will be emailed at the end of each week. We are available throughout the week via email or text.

What's the typical turnaround time on deliverables?

The average turnaround time is between 3 to 7 business days depending on the task.

What if we need in-person services?

Our agency provides only virtual assistance, meaning all our work will be done remotely. We do understand that doing community-based work may require in-person support at times. Therefore, we provide services up to three times a year for up to 4 hours per event, including a travel fee.

How do you balance your workload?

Each virtual assistant has a 5-project or 200-hour limit to ensure quality service and self-care.
